Have you ever submitted Medical claim and got it passed?.
We are told that Medical bill will be passed only when the Hospital figures in the CGHS Approved list. If not, Emergency Certificate has to be submitted.
Only very few Hospitals figure in the CGHS approved list. Many of the Leading and well known Hospitals are left out.
No hospitals of small towns figure in it.
Hospitals are started after getting approval from Medical authorities.What is the need for having a separate 'CGHS Approved Hospital list' ?
In the case of Children's Educational Allowance, we are allowed to send our ward to any approved school.
Why not the same procedure be followed in CGHS also.
Why not the Department allow us to take treatment in any of the Hospitals and restrict Reimbursement to CGHS Rate?
