Request/ Suggestions  to PTC  :

Now a days, many staff hesitate to go to PTC for training. 

To make PTC, a Pleasant Training Centre, the following suggestions are made:  

 Kindly, 
  01. Inform about Availability of  Accommodation in PTC for each batch.  

  Higher amount of advance of TA is required for staying in Lodges/Hotels. 

02. Inform Starting and Ending time of classes for each batch. 

    To and Fro tickets can be booked based on this information. 

    If sending this info to each division is not possible, this can very well be displayed in a Website.

03. Provide Water heater in every floor, if not in every bath room.

       

04. Ensure cleanliness in All bathrooms/toilets. 

05. Ensure Water showers(in working condition), Tray for keeping soaps, Provision to keep cloths (to avoid keeping cloths on the bath room door) in all bathrooms.

06. Arrange to supply one English newspaper and one Tamil news paper to each room. (Trainees are eligible for higher rate of TA/DA now a days.  Charges can be increased.)

07. Provide good Wooden tables in place of old rusted steel one, to each room.

08. Provide IDs to all trainees (heard of few altercation in Mess due to suspected identity)

09. Take the trainee immediately to Hospital, Whenever trainee complains of medical problem. 

10. Provide Drinking water in all Hostel buildings. ( now, we can not get drinking water, if mess is closed)

11. Put Tiles to Hostel toilets, to enhance the look and feel, if possible.

    We believe, this will improve the atmosphere.
