ReplyDeleteகிணற்று தவளைகளாக இருந்தால் வெளியில் நடப்பது என்னவென்று தெரியாது . தமிழக அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கம் இந்த பிரச்சினையை ஏற்கனவே அகில இந்திய சங்கம் வரை கொண்டு சென்றுள்ளது. எந்த வேலைக்கு outsourcing செய்ய முடியும் என்று ஏற்கனவே STANDING GUIDELINES பிறப்பிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது. அதன் அடிப்படையில் தமிழகத்தில் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டுப் பார்த்து, எழுதிப் பார்த்து, பேசிப் பார்த்து,
ReplyDeleteநான்கு மாதங்களுக்கு ஒரு முறையிலான கூட்டத்தில் வைத்துப் பார்த்து பின்னர் தான் தற்போது அதனை ஒரு கோரிக்கையாக வைத்து எதிர்வரும் 26.3.2015 அன்று ஒரு நாள் வேலை நிறுத்தம் செய்வதாக சட்ட பூர்வமாக நோட்டீஸ் அளித்துள்ளோம். கீழே பார்க்க அந்த கோரிக்கையை :-
1. Engage outsourced agencies in Data Entry, Data Transfer area as directed by the Department. Don’t harass the existing staff in attending with such extra duties in addition to their regular duties.... மாநிலச் செயலர் , அஞ்சல் மூன்று , NFPE, TN.
