Reaction for Transfer by counselling..

நமது கருத்து :

01. கருத்துக்களை ஆராயுங்கள். கருத்து சொல்லும் நபர்களை விட்டுவிடுங்கள்.

02. பலர் பாதிக்கப்படுவதைத் தடுக்கவே சேலம் வெஸ்ட் நண்பர் counselling முறையில் Transfer என்ற யோசனையை முன்வைத்துள்ளார் .

அதை நமது N.S அவர்களும் சரி என்கிறார் ...

03. சங்க தலைவர்களை விமர்சனம் செய்வது நமது நோக்கம் இல்லை. அவர்களது வேலைப்பளுவில் மறந்துவிட்ட சிலவற்றை அவர்களது கவனத்துக்கு கொண்டு செல்ல முயற்சிக்கிறோம். அவ்வளவே.

04. அனைத்து பதிவுகளில் வெளியிடப்படும் கருத்துகளும்  தலமட்ட சங்க தலைவர்களுடன் விவாதிக்கப்படுகிறது.
